Welcome to the First Update of 2026

Good afternoon, residents of Dulwich Village,

As we begin a new year, the Dulwich Village Safer Neighbourhood Team has continued working proactively to support our community and keep the ward safe.

Team Update

Welcoming PC Reece

We are pleased to welcome PC Reece to the Dulwich Village SNT.
He joins us from the Response Team, where he dealt with 999 calls, emergency incidents, and is qualified as a blue-light response driver. His experience managing fast‑paced and challenging situations will be a strong asset to our local policing team.

Community Engagement

Ward Panel Meeting

At the start of January, officers attended the Ward Panel Meeting, which provided an important opportunity to:

Policing Activity This Month

Throughout January, officers have carried out multiple vehicle and person stops across the ward to deter and prevent criminal activity.

Arrest – 30 January

On 30th January, officers arrested a male who had been recalled to prison.
He had been previously linked to offences in the Dulwich Wood ward, particularly relating to motor vehicle crime. This arrest forms part of our ongoing efforts to reduce vehicle-related offences in the area.
